ESG
ESG
Sanhao Rubber has actively implemented the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) concept in recent years, making significant contributions to energy conservation and carbon reduction. Firstly, by replacing electric heating systems with thermal oil systems, the company has successfully increased production efficiency and saved energy consumption, thus reducing adverse environmental impacts.
In recent years, efforts have been made to develop the cold runner injection system, also known as the waste-free injection system, which significantly reduces waste generated during the molding process of rubber and silicone, thereby reducing the amount of waste generated and helping to establish a more environmentally friendly production process.
Solar energy system
In 2024, Sanhao Rubber introduced a 120kWh solar energy system, fully utilizing solar energy resources, allowing the factory to make greater use of renewable energy sources. This reduces reliance on traditional energy sources, realizes the use of green energy, further reduces environmental burdens, and mitigates carbon emissions. This not only serves corporate interests but also embodies a proactive contribution to environmental sustainability.
In the future, Sanhao Rubber will further enhance its commitment to ESG. This includes increasing investment in the research and development of new energy technologies, promoting smarter and more efficient factory operations, and continuing to improve production processes to reduce environmental impact.
ESG management
Additionally, stronger communication and collaboration with suppliers and customers will promote sustainable development throughout the supply chain, working towards the goal of green manufacturing. Importantly, the company will establish a sound ESG management system, integrating environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance into all aspects of corporate development, achieving a win-win-win situation for economic, social, and environmental benefits. Sanhao Rubber's contributions to ESG are not only reflected in energy conservation and carbon reduction but should also continue to play an active role in the establishment of social responsibility and governance mechanisms.
